Brian was very easy to talk to and he listened to what I was looking for being that we were trying to move to another state. He was very honest with us with our options which made it easier to think about what we need to do. However, we decided not to move to another state but I know from the emails and the talk on the phone that Brian would have made it super comfortable for us ( and we have bought a house 4 times).
